After populating the below form, you will receive an automatic email to inform you that the booking request has been transmitted to your WRtBD Team
Our team will provide you a confirmation upon 48hours, either by email or on the Whatsapp number you have mentionned in the form
The earliest you book the better we can organise ourselves, planify the trip and offer you the best experience
For any last-minute booking, please reach us preferably through whatsapp and we would do our best to provide you a feedback shortly
Please note that our team communicates either in english or arabic and knows only some basics in french. Our french friend who is helping us remotely and joining us from time to time in Wadi Rum can nonetheless facilitate the communication with french-speakers.
We please ask you, when filling the form to write a description of your expectations and mention if there is any specifics we should know about you (for example : we are a couple who would like to spend 2 days and 1 night in Wadi Rum, first day we want to do Jeep tour and second day we would like to start with a camel ride before climbing Jebel Umm Ad Dami. My wife is vegetarian.)

Once booking is confirmed (email or whatsapp), we do not ask you for any pre-payment as our culture and concepts are fully relying on TRUST and RESPECT.
For any cancellation or change in program we please ask you to inform us at least 72 hours before your booking starts. As mentioned earlier, we do our best to satisfy our guests and trust & honesty are key.
Payment must be done in cash only. An ATM is available at the visitor center for any withdrawal you might need to do – but this ATM is known as having lot of issues ⚠️
